Garðastræti 40, five minutes walk from the city center.

There are 3 bedrooms, a dining room, a sitting room and a large kitchen

The suite is furnished to the highest order with scores
of works by Icelandic contemporary artists on the walls.




There is two larger bedrooms with king-size double beds
(which can be used as a twin bed)





The third bedroom is smaller with a twin bed,
and in the livingroom we can add 2 rollaway beds,
making it a comfortable suite for 6 to 8 adults





The kitchen has a breakfast table and all appliances. cutlery, dishes etc. etc.





The sitting room has a DVD/CD player, a 42" LCD TV with Icelandic channels which show mostly
English - language movies and series, and satellite channels,
including the BBC channels, CNN and Sky News and many German,French, Italian, Spanish and other european channels.

There is a direct dial telephone in the living room, as well as complimentary High Speed Wireless Internet



The Dining room has a dining table for 8 or more






There is a work desk and wireless high speed internet.



Steps lead from the living room to the garden which has a sizeable porch with outdoor furniture





In the corridor there is a library of mostly Icelandic books.



The bathroom is well equipped and has a small balcony



Private parking in front of the house.
